360 support

So it appears that my 360 is experiencing an internal hardware failure...

After talking to the xbox 360 Canadian support team on the phone (much better then email support) they are going to be sending me a box to ship in my consul for servicing (or replacement)... More likely replacement.

The whole process should take 20 - 25 business days (1 month)... On a good note I'm also going to receive a 1 month extension to my XBL account to make up for the down time.

Well I guess I'll see you in August on XBL...
